the best way to solve the druggy issue is to tie them up, until thay really need water. continue tieing them up. other tekniqs are waterboarding, blood transfusion, brain flush-injection with female hormones and or high altitude treatment. criminal druggy should be experimented on by the harsher tekniqs. the druggys of the nature usually have driving forces such as gins and the re-relationship with it. it gives then the energy to seek drugs and drive the buses and trucks.
